AI Voice Assistant in Monona, WI

Monona is a small city on Lake Monona surrounded by Madison, so many local businesses get calls from customers across the east and south sides as well as Monona itself. With small teams, those calls often go unanswered when staff are with a customer. We start by looking at when calls come in and which ones get missed.

Then we write a call flow that sounds like your business. The assistant answers approved questions about hours, location and services, books appointments into your calendar and takes detailed messages. Urgent calls can be forwarded to a phone you choose or sent to you as an instant text.

Busy stretches are where it helps most. Summer brings more activity around the lake and along Monona Drive, and events like Monona's Fourth of July celebration can keep everyone busy at once. The assistant keeps answering during those times, so callers get a reply instead of voicemail.

Before launch, we test the assistant with real call examples and adjust the wording until it sounds natural. Afterward, you receive a summary of every call. We review those with you during the first weeks and refine the script based on what Monona callers actually ask. Your staff still handle the calls that need a personal touch.

You decide how much the assistant does. Some Monona businesses start with after-hours calls only, then add lunch hours or overflow calls once they see how callers respond. Every setting can be changed later, so you are never locked into a script that no longer fits.

You also keep your existing phone number, so nothing changes for regular customers who already have it saved.
